Problem Description

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: Bulk bind: error in define, when loading inspection

Steps to Resolve

The issue was related to the non-mandatory attribute1 in the Defect, by specifying the value to NULL or by setting it to smaller values, the inspection loads successfully.
