How to Avoid

• Check product option SDOWOLNTH has been set to the correct theme ID.  To find the theme ID, go into SQL*Plus and execute the query

select nth_theme_id
from nm_themes_all
where nth_theme_name = 'WORK_ORDER_LINES_TAB';

• If the query gives no results, contact TSG.  Otherwise check the number given against the product option and correct if necessary.  Save your changes and restart the Work Order Work Tray.
