Problem

When trying to view street attributes within Spatial Manager, the following error message appears:

An unexpected application error has occurred

Failed to load control 'ctlStreetTabs' from. Your version of may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application

Solution

Open a command prompt and ensure you select 'Run as administrator'.  Next, run the following commands:

1. regsvr32 NSG81.ocx

2. regsvr32 exorSM10g_4_2_x.dll

Launch ArcGIS and view the Street Attributes.
