Problem

When adding files to an import batch there is an error in the status message field:

Solution

1. Ensure database parameter utl file dir is not null.  Changing this requires the database to be restarted so it will need to be done out of hours.  Instructions are here.
2. Check privileges on the NSG import directory on the server are set so that anyone can read/write/delete.
3. Re-assign Java privileges on the Oracle directories.  Instructions are here.
4. Remove and re-register the EToN schemas, by running scripts remove_eton_schemas and then register_eton_schemas
