Problem

When trying to start up Exor, a certificate error appears:

Failed to validate certificate.  The application will not be executed.

Solution

This usually happens because of a problem with the signing authority and is often resolved after a few minutes so no action needs to be taken.  If it goes on for longer though, a workaround is:

1. Open the "Configure Java" application on your computer.  On some it may be called "Java Control Panel"
2. Click the Advanced tab
3. Scroll down to "Check for signed code certificate revocation using" and click the first option, "Certificate Revocation Lists (CRLs)"
4. Click Apply
5. Close all browser windows and in a new browser window try logging on again
