Launch RabbitMQ's administration page, which is at port 15672 of the interop server.

For example, http://localhost:15672.

Go to the Exchanges tab

To confirm the exact name and spelling of the exchange (topic) to embed in the URL, look at the yellow highlighted area in the attached screen-capture. 

In this example, the URL has to be http://localhost/interoperability/api/v1/ServiceBus/syncsegments
