(similar to troubleshooting report posted in APM Brain wiki)

Symptoms:

• All messages to a specific topic are moving to DLQ
• APM is not receiving any messages to process
• One or more RabbitMQ configuration files are corrupt

The file corruption may be causing a mismatch between BOD message type and the exchange/queue that is listening to it. For example, a SyncWorkRequests message arriving at the SyncSegments topic.

To fix: 

• Redeploy correct json files
• Review the section "Creating Exchanges and Queues in RabbitMQ" in the published Interop setup guide, e.g. document version 1.1.2.
