Error Description :

Following error occurs in eB SMC when user trying to connect to SMC

Work Around :

Above error can remove by increasing Default Database Command Timeout in Seconds

- Select "Data Source" tab from menu bar in SMC and select "Options..."

- Select "Override the Default Database Command Timeout" and increase time in seconds from "Global Data source Option"

- Select "Ok" button
