Problem Description :
User getting an unexpected error " An error occurred that the system could not handle" while trying to launch .avi format file in eB web. However this works fine in eB Director
Above error occur when user chose to click on .avi file in eB web instead selecting launching option. This also works in eB Web if user choose the option to launch the file instead directly clicking on file
Problem Solution :
Make sure that Mime Type for .avi file format is mention correctly in Maintain list value>Electronic File format under eB Director.
set Mime Type VIDEO/X-MSVIDEO
