Problem Description:
There is an ERROR MESSAGE IN BRAVA WHEN TRYING TO OPEN A FILE - Failed to publish document. HTTP Response Code is 500, not 2XX.
Net-It Enterprise error: Critical CDL Error: (0x800A):
'The invocation of the constructor on type 'System.Windows.Documents.DocumentReference' that matches the specified binding constraints threw an exception.'
Line number '2' and line position '21' COMMUNICATION WITH BRAVA FAILED.
Root Cause:
Due to a stamp that was added to the file externally, it does not allow Brava to read the file.
Solution:
Takeout the file from the system and stamp needed to be flattened in order for Brava to open the file.
