Problem Description:
Brava failed to open files from documents and giving below error message:
> Communication Error, Code response 500 not 200
Root Cause:
Few fonts are not readable by Brava to publish, so it fails to open file.
Workaround
Opentext sent the latest fonts link, which have resolved this issue.
We need to download the latest fonts from below link:
