I am viewing a file within Brava.
I add a stamp, and click save.
I receive the error:
Failed to save markup.
HTTP Response Code is 500, not 2XX.
Unknown
Due to a stamp that was added to the file externally, it does not allow Brava to read the file.
With any issue like this, please examine the txt file:
C:\Users\<user.name>\IGC\x7_1\clientlog.txt
On this occasion, the stamp is a red herring, the error will appear when saving any markup.
1.Takeout the file from the system and stamp needed to be flattened in order for Brava to open the file.
2. The issue can be related to incorect scope. The eB configuration did not allow markups to be saved within the global scope, only the sub-scope.
3. Permission issue on Document. User must have modify permission on Document for markup to be saved.
