Problem Description:

When user is selecting the Documents from basket and sending the transmittal getting the error as "There are no Documents in the Basket"

Error:

Root Cause:

This issue is due to crashing of configuration files.

Solution:

1. Go to System Management Console > Expand the Server > Expand the Data source
2. Then Click on Update or Upgrade the Database. This should resolve the issue.

NOTE:

While doing the above process, please ensure that no users are using eB Web. So, that they don't run into error and loss of the data due to upgrade under process.
