Problem:

Check In – Check out and other options not visible under File > Action Section. Only the Properties option is available.

Workaround: There might be a possibility that the file got uploaded but got stuck in the storage queue with ready status. In order to resolve the issue, follow the below steps

• Go to SMC and under Service Manager > restart the Storage Services
• The Ready state job should start processing, and which resolve the issue

If still, the jobs doesn't process, then follow the below steps

• Go to SMC and Click on Storage and Disable the respective Community
• Click on Refresh
• Re-enable the respective community again
• Restart the storage services

Which should process all the jobs and you must be able to see the Check-In/Check out and all other options on the Web.
