Adding Files to Approved Documents

Problem Description:

The Drop area is not displayed for approved Documents. User has permissions to Add files to approved documents but interface does not show on Main document screen.

Cause:

Legacy versions of ALIM Web allowed adding documents by dropping files in Upload area in main document page. Current version shows the drop area for documents not approved but if document is approved the drop area is not available in Main document view page. 

Solution:

Files can be added to Approved documents via the Edit page of the document. Once the user has been granted permissions to add files to approved documents, the files can be added by accessing the edit screen for the document and under the files topic the user can add the files.
