Error Description

Error writing node Conversion Factor from reader info with key PysicalItems.uni.ConversionFactor on procedure ebpnew_get_physical_item with option Header. Input string was not in a correct format

Steps before error

On creating a new Physical Item or opening an existing Physical Item.

SOLUTION:

1. Log onto the eB Server as the eB Service account that has “Log In As Service” access – it will be the user account that is used to start your eB Services
2. Open Regional Settings and change:
   1. Language to English UK
   2. Decimal Symbol to period (i.e. .)
   3. Digital grouping symbol to period (i.e. .)
3. Restart the eB Service Manager Services in computer management
4. Logon to Director and try creating work order
