Problem Description:
Director or ALIM Web users get an error (examples below) when they attempt to view/luanch/add files after upgrading to version 23.00.02.
- (when attempting to view/launch)
- Error while downloading the file xxxxx.pdf
The file (2) either does not exist or it is in a repository not accessible from this site or is not available at this time. - (when attempting to add)
- Transferring of the file 'xxxxx.pdf' failed.

There is no available ''non-external'' Repository 'Served by a Storage Module' in the relevant 'Site'.
Cause:
The version 23.00.02 upgrade scripts turn the server offline at the beginning of the upgrade but do not turn it back online after completion.
Solution:
- Run eBSMC
- Expand the Explorer tree to show the community name(s)
- Click the community name which is having this issue
- On the right hand pane, double click the Main Site (server) icon (which should be dimmed in color)
- Uncheck the box "Take this module Offline"
- Click OK
