Problem

When I Export to Excel, the formatting of the date columns is not the same as the settings I have on my computer for Language and Globalization.

 This only occurs on a Smart Client.

Solution

The Language and Globalization settings on the Application Server are used. Those need to be set to the correct values for their users.
