Problem Description

User found they were not able to fully synchronize APM Mobile with certain users, namely Trades/Operators. Upon investigation it was found that the Checksheet Audit security profile was too locked down. One-time checksheets were also not synchronizing at all.

Solution

Updated the security profile to allow Fully Editable rights to Checksheet Audit Info, Mobile Computing Activity, Mobile Computing Audit Info, Synchronization History. VSTS#302818 was created to update all of the out-of-the-box security profiles in the blank apm database.
