Problem

The integration of SAP data appeared relatively slow following the upgrade form 7.2 to 7.8. Upon review, one of the Daily Scheduled Jobs for a particular site was set-up with a Service Account and somehow the job was not able to read the text file containing Interface input parameter.

Solution

After changing Service account to standard “SYSTEM” account the job should start working. If so, verify that all other scheduled jobs have “SYSTEM” account configured and not left with a Service account.
