This article explains how to make an ALIM document available in APM Mobile 2.5.1. The procedure involves adding a document to APM that links to the ALIM document and then adding the APM document to the object where it is needed, for example, a standard task, work order task, or checksheet. After the object is downloaded to APM Mobile, the document link is available for downloading from ALIM.
1. Open the ALIM document you wish to use in the mobile application.
2. Get a quick link to it.
3. Set the mode to Launch file(s) and select the revision you want. Then click Copy Link.
5. Open APM Go to Enterprise -> Administration -> Application settings, navigate to the Mobile Computing tab and Select

6. Go to the site where you wish to add the document.
7. Select the Reliability Program view:
8. Select the Documents tab.
9. Click New in the lower right corner.
10. Title the document and select "Stored as a file outside of the APM database".
11. Paste the link into the File box.
12. Click OK. The file is saved and listed in the Documents tab.
13. Open the standard task, work order task, or checksheet that you wish to attach the document to and click Edit.
14. Select the Documents tab.
15. Click Browse in the lower right corner. The Browse Documents dialog appears.
16. Select the document you added and click OK.
17. Close the object. The next time it is downloaded, you can see the attached document. (After the current version on mobile is uploaded or to generate the next checksheet iteration).
18. Open a checksheet on mobile and view the Documents list. For example.

19. Click the relevant document. The ALIM Log In appears:

22. Open the file in your preferred editor. Make edits and take screenshots as required.
23. On the relevant indicator reading, you can add the screenshots from the gallery.
