Problem:
Users may face some issues while using APM Mobile Inspection application, for example;
1. iOS/Android application shows that all the readings are uploaded to server, but iOS/Android Device >> Synchronization view >> Upload Transactions tab on client shows empty transactions.
2. Whenever the data is downloaded or uploaded to/from Mobile Inspection application, iOS/Android Device >> Synchronization view >> Synchronization History tab shows synchronization type Differential Download, Full Download, Upload with completion status as Started.
3. Readings entered in the iOS/ Android application don’t get uploaded to server.
Solution:
In order to troubleshoot these issues, first confirm if the User who is performing download and upload activities on Mobile Inspection application has a security profile assigned to him/her.
If yes, make sure the four classes mentioned below are editable in the corresponding security profile;
If the problem persists even after making these classes editable in the security profile, please submit a service request.
