A client side error is being investigated and the Support Team is requesting log files. When using load balancing feature between multiple Smart Client Servers, how to identify which Server the Client is using.
This may not help if the client crashed, however, if the error can be reproduced at will, you can check which Server the client is connected to before reproducing the error.
on the Client go to Help/About, find the information as per below:
Error logs for the Server Instance specified in Help / About will be found on the server machine listed as 'Server Name'. Default location is in c:\programdata\bentley\ivaraEXP\logs folder.
