Ivara Internal license keys expires. End-user lost Ivara key (admin or end user). Ivara EXP Pro user renews or obtains license.
Legacy Ivara license keys are managed by the Bentley APM Technical Support Group. Any legacy Ivara license key issue should be reported as a Service Request as a Critical priority. Senior APM Support Personnel will respond in a timely manner.
Note - legacy users may need to contact their Bentley Account manager for obsolete, unsupported versions of Ivara products.
