Checked out license has expired / will expire in 30 days

Note:   If a user has recently gone from a SELECT Contract to a Non-SELECT Contract and cannot Check-Out a License for more then 30 days against PRODUCTACTIVATION.BENTLEY.COM then try and activate/Check-Out against SELECTSERVER.BENTLEY.COM. Mostly likely the account information has not been correctly updated somewhere in the back-office.
To check this login in to https://connect.bentley.com/ > License Management and check to see what HOSTED SERVER INFORMATION the Account ID is assigned to. If the Account ID should be NON-SELECT but the HOSTED SERVER INFORMATION says SELECTSERVER.BENTLEY.COM then use that to activate against.

If it still wont activate/ Check-Out a License for more then 30 days then clear the Licensing in the Registry and try again. http://communities.bentley.com/products/licensing/w/selectserver_and_product_activation_wiki_-_internal_only/incorrect-activation-entry-to-the-registry
