- Log into the Product Usage Report.
- Click on the Settings" button in the top right hand corner of the page and navigate to "Email Preferences."

3. A pop-up box will appear with check box options.

- To receive the Term License Statements (generated mid-quarter) or the Term License invoices (generated after the end of each quarter), make sure that the boxes are checked and click "Save."
- To opt out of receiving the Term License Statements and Invoices, make sure that the boxes are unchecked and click "Save."
To ensure that the correct contact is set up to receive the Term License invoices for your organization, these steps must be performed by both the contact who should receive invoices AND the contact who should not receive the invoices.
