Overview
The following driver packs can be configured to be compatible with the Windows Server 2003:
- InterPlot Driver Pack 03.01.00.24
- InterPlot Mid-Volume Driver Pack 01.02.01.15
- InterPlot High-Volume Driver Pack 01.03.00.25
- InterPlot Raster Offline Driver Pack 02.01.00.12
Before you install the driver pack, do the following:
- Edit the Group Policy to accept older (kernel) printer drivers:
- Key in the following from a command prompt: gpedit.msc.
- Select "Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - Printers - Disallow installation of printers using kernel-mode drivers."
- Double click "Disallow installation of printers using kernel-mode drivers."
- Select "Disabled," and then click OK.
- Turn off the "File Pooling" feature.
- To turn off "File Pooling":
- Bring up the registry editor.
- Navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Control/Print"
- Select Edit > New > DWORD Value
- Enter DisableServerFilePooling for the name.
- When the value has been added, double click DisableServerFilePooling and change the value data to 1.
