Problem
Design Compare utility displaying inconsistent results
Solution
Update the web garden value (in IIS) from 2 to 1. Default is 1 for IIS configuration.
In IIS Manager, expand the local computer, expand Application Pools, right-click the application pool, and then click Properties. Click the Performance tab, and below you will see the Web garden settings. Ensure this is set to “1”.
