Problem
When trying to activate a license for Bentley Hydraulics and Hydrology products, the license will not activate. One of the following error messages may appear
"Bentley.lictransmit for Windows has stopped working".
"LicenseTool for Windows has stopped working"
Solution
1. Perform a clean uninstall and reinstall as described in the following article.

2. Download and install the latest update for the storm and sewer product.
