Problem

Why am I getting the following User Notification, "The Billing Period must be greater than zero." when trying to calculate an Energy Aggregation in WaterGEMS.

Problem ID#: 89615

Solution

During the Energy Aggregation calculation with the Energy Management tool, you must specify a Billing Period greater than zero.
