Problem
When computing the model using Modified Rational Method with the Outflow Criteria set to User Defined, the user gets an Engine Error Message:
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Solution
This error is seen when using an Outflow Criteria as "User Defined" with value set to zero and when Tc Input Type is also set to "User Defined Tc".
When using an Outflow Criteria as User Defined, the Target (ft^3/s) must be set to a value other than zero. This was logged as a defect, reference number is #70432 and has been resolved with the help of a patch.
