Audience – This article is relevant for any user who has already installed an earlier version of the OpenTower Designer.

Steps- 

Uninstall the following

1. Bentley Structural Property Catalog  - Uninstall all the existing Structural Property Catalogs from the Control Panel (as shown in the images below)

2.   Uninstall the older instance of the OpenTower Designer software.

3.    Reboot your machine.

4.   Install the new OpenTower Designer 3.0 (update 3.0)

5.      Reboot your machine.
