After exporting a model to InRoads format (.SDB) upon opening the file the in InRoads the error message "Unable to Initialize DAO / Jet db engine" is generated.
In the label names of your elements in StormCAD look for quotation marks ( " ) and remove them. After locating all the quotation marks export the file to InRoads and open it.
Defect #695942 has been filed for a change in an upcoming release of the software.
