Problem

Can I view the total runoff volume from each catchment for certain time frames, such as each day of a simulation?

Solution

Using the Statistics tool (under the Analysis menu) with the Explicit (SWMM) calculation engine, you can see the total system runoff volume, by selecting:



If you must see this information on a per-catchment basis, the only other option at this time would be,

• To select all catchments (Edit > Select by element > Catchment), right click one of them and choose "graph".
• Choose Flow for the attribute and click the Data tab, this will give flow for a day i.e for 24 hours.
• Next, highlight all of the data and click on copy. Then, paste into an external application such as Excel and determine the daily volumes using available tools.
