Problems
Symptom 1: The Entrance field is blank in the Culvert Component and Culvert Calculator dialogs.


Symptom 2: When trying to print a worksheet the following error/warning is received.

Runtime error: "description" not understood
An internal software error has occurred. If you have unsaved data
you should save it to a new file now using File-Save As, then
check that file carefully. Please report this error to Haestad
Methods Technical Support (email: support@haestad.com).
Provide your error logs (HAESTAD.LOG, ERROR.LOG) and project
datafiles in zipped format.
Symptom 3: The error below appears when attempting tp open the following.
- Culvert Designer/Analyzer dialog
- Generate Output
- Generate Report
- Calculate Rating Table
- Plot Curves

Explanation
When a custom culvert entrance from an engineering library is used, and then that library is no longer available, the Entrance field in the Culvert Component or Culvert Calculator dialog will be blank.
Solutions
Option 1: Obtain and apply the original culvert inlet engineering library file (.hlb) which contains the custom culvert entrance.
- Expand the Tools menu
- Select Engineering libraries…
- Select the Culvert Inlet Library
- Click Browse
- Select the .hlb file
- Click Open
Option 2: Create a new custom culvert entrance.
- Expand the Tools menu
- Select Engineering libraries…
- Select the Culvert Inlet Library
- Click Insert to create a new culvert inlet or select an existing one and select Duplicate.
- Select the new culvert inlet and click Edit to customize its properties.
Option 3: Select an existing culvert entrance.
- Open the Culvert Calculator or Culvert Component dialog
- Select an available option from the Entrance drop down list.
