An error is generated when trying to install a OpenFlows product on Windows 7:
0x800713ec Failed to read registry value.
This is occurring because of the version of Windows 7. The latest OpenFlows product versions are certified to run on Windows 7 SP1. Install Service Pack 1 (or upgrade to a later version of Windows) and then install the program.
