Loadbuilder error: "There are no results available for the given input parameters"

Problem

User gets error message 'There are no results available for the given input parameters. Please verify your data and try again.' when trying to import files into LoadBuilder.

Solution

This error message can occur if LoadBuilder encountered unexpected data. Here are some possible causes:

1) If the geographic coordinate system units being imported and the model coordinates do not match. Update the geographic coordinate system using ArcGIS, AutoCAD, or MicroStation to use the same coordinate system or use the integrated platform product (e.g. WaterGEMS for ArcMap) to change the geographic coordinate units so they both match.

2) Check the decimal precision of fields such as the one being used for demand data. Too many decimal places has been known to cause problems - try reducing the precision in the source file.
