Problem

With a Bing Map active, a blank page appears in the report and printout of the plan view of the model as well as flushing operator's reports.

Solution

This is a known issue with version 10.01.01.04 (reference # 904768). You can check your version under File > Help > About (or Help > About for V8i). To resolve the issue, contact Technical Support for the latest cumulative patch set for version 10.01.01.04, or upgrade to a newer version when available.
