"Index was outside the bounds of the array" error message when computing the model
This is a generic error that could occur in a number of different situations. In at least one case with SewerGEMS/CiviStorm, the following resolved the issue:
1) Open the catchment flextable and edit the table to add all the fields.
2) Fix data entry values that are incorrectly entered (i.e. 0 values for rational run coefficients, 0 values for Tc )
3) Validate the model and fix the red user notifications
4) Compute the model
If this does not work, please ensure that you are on the latest version (see the below article for more) and if that does not help, contact Technical Support (for example by posting on the Forum)
