Problem
When installing one of the above products, the following error appears.
Setup Failed: "0x80070570 - The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable"
Solution
Step 1: Verify you have permission to write to the directory listed in the error dialog.
An easy way to check this:
1.Navigate to the directory.
2.Right-click and select New then select Text Document.
3.If you can save the text file without error then you should have permission to write to the directory.
Step 2: Download a new copy of the installation file.

Step 3: Disable anti-virus or other security software while installing the hydraulic and hydrology software.
If necessary, request permission from your IT department before doing this. For assistance with disabling security software contact the company that created it.
