Overview

This article will describe how to associate an existing topography file with a new workspace and model domain

Method

When you create a new workspace and model domain, but no topography file was associated, you can associate a topography file with the model domain.

To do so, please switch back to the Explorer Window, select the domain created (“New Domain”), right-click and choose “Properties”.

A window with the properties of the domain will pop-up. Under “Digital Terrain”, browse for the topography created earlier (C:\OpenFlows FLOOD Quick Start Guide\Projects\New Domain\General Data\Digital Terrain\DTM.dat) as shown in the next figure.
