Problem
How can I monitor license usage and view usage reports, for Subscription Entitlement Service-enabled (formerly known as CONNECT Licensing) versions of the OpenFlows products?
Note: this article applies to Subscription Entitlement Service enabled versions (see above).
Solution
License usage can be reported and monitored from the Bentley Licensing Tool, Subscription Analytics report and the Product Usage report.
Bentley Licensing Tool
Reports current usage of Subscription Entitlement Service-enabled Bentley products on the client computer.
- Accessible from the Start menu, or from File > Help > License Management, within the product.
- Select Tools > Log Viewer
- NOTE: the "Entitlements" tab of the main license tool shows products and feature levels that you are entitled to and have tried to use. It does not indicate what's currently being used, what feature level is currently set, or a definitive date when a license may expire.
Subscription Analytics Report
If you are an Administrator or Co-administrator, you can access the Subscription Analytics reports. Subscription Analytics provide detailed usage information, both real-time and historical (including usage under 10 minutes), by machine or by user. Usage details can also be exported.

Product Usage Report
The Product Usage report provides usage information for SELECT OpenAccess subscribers to understand peak usage as it relates to billing and term licenses.
Access:
1) Navigate to https://Connect.bentley.com/Enterprise/
2) Click the "more" button under "Product Usage Report" and choose "Product Usage Report.
