Problem

Predefined (default) Flextable reports appears blank though there are elements in the model. For example the Fire flow table appears blank, though there are fire flow nodes in the model.

Or, predefined Flextable crash or behave strangely.

Solution

First, ensure that you do not have an active filter causing the problem. See: No elements or only some of the elements are displayed in the element FlexTables

The problem could occur if part of the OpenFlows product installation has become corrupt, or if there is problem with windows display settings that is interfering on the system.

Try opening the Flextable Manager (Report > Flextables - click on the top portion of the button and the separate FlexTable manager should appear.) Click on the flex table you are having issues with (E.g. pipe / junction /fire flow flex tables) and then click the "reset to factory defaults" button at the top (next to the Help button).

If the above does not help, then please try clean reinstallation of OpenFlows product. This will remove left-over files (some of which store information about Flextables) and ensure that reinstallation restores a "clean" copy of them, in case there was corruption causing the issue in question.
