When attempting to open existing, older models, the following error occurs:
"Array dimensions exceeded supported range"
Or
"missing element: storage element header"
Problem ID#: 61955
This issue has been encountered when opening a model in the Storm/Sewer product version 08.11.05.113 that was last saved in both version 08.11.04.54 and 08.11.03.84.
First, try moving the .STSW and .STSW.SQLite files (for Storm/Sewer products) or .WTG and .WTG.SQLite files (for Water products) to a new folder location. This will disassociate the main model files from supporting and backup files that may exist. Once completed, try opening the model from the new folder location. Note that older versions of the products will have a database file in the .MDB format instead of the .SQLite format. If you receive this error message and the model was last saved in SELECTseries 3 or earlier, you would move the .MDB file.
If this doesn't help, please try going to File > Import > Database, then select the .SQLITE file associated with one of your models. If this opens without a problem it indicates the problem is with the .STSW file, which stores presentation settings like graphs, annotations and color coding.
If this still does not work, trying opening the Standalone version of the program without opening a model, then go to Tools > Database Utilities > Compact Database, then select the SQLITE file associated with the model in question. Once complete, try opening normally.
