How To create a Location Group in HBSI

Explanation

Location groups can be used in HBSI, Excel Extension, Civils Extension to run reports or just select a group of locations rather than all locations.

Below you can find some instructions on how to create a Location Group in HoleBASE SI;

Open HBSI and your project
Select the "Data Tab
Select "Location Groups"
Use the "Create" option to make the location group
Give the location group a name and "save"
Now select the "locations" option
Highlight the locations you want to include in the group and then use the "Add Selected" option to add the locations to the group.
Close the window.
