In HoleBASE SI Professional, the Bing Mapping Licence has expired

Issue Summary

When opening the Mapping feature in HBSI Professional, no base map is displayed and an error appears on the popup indicating the Bing Mapping License has expired

Resolution

Bing Mapping is a separate license from HBSI Professional and is tied into your Maintenance Agreement. Once your Maintenance Agreement has been paid, you can request an updated license file for this service.

If your using a Standalone version of HBSI Professional, open HBSI but do not login, click on License, Apply a standalone or evaluation license then Generate, save the file locally and send to support@keynetix.com. One of the support team will then process the license and send you and update file

If your HBSI is Networked, a fingerprint file will need to be generated from the Network Licence Manager located on your server. You will find the location for the Network Licence Manager in C:\Program Files (x86)\Keynetix\Network Licence Manager\ double click the .exe, again click on Generate and proceed to send over to support@keynetix.com
