If you login to HBSI and receive the error message Could not find local licence server, please ensure 'Sentinel Local Licence Manager' service is installed and running on this machine, this could mean the licence service has stopped either on your standalone machine or on the server where the licence's are held
Under the Start button, type Computer Management and open the Computer Management window
Go to Services and Applications
Next go to Services
Scroll down to Sentinel LDK Local Licence Manager, right click this option and Start. Once the services has been started, you should now be able to login to HBSI successfully
