I get an unexpected error message displayed when i try to connect to a 1.30.x Database using software version 1.28.x or earlier

Issue Summary

When attempting to connect to a HBSI Database that has been upgraded to the next major version using an older version of the software you would normally be greeted by a warning message which confirms the Database you are connecting to is newer than the software version and to upgrade, however there is a known issue with the software version 1.28 that would show a login error message instead:

Resolution

This issue can be resolved by upgrading your software version to the same as the Database version and then connecting to the database again, once the software is upgraded you will no longer see this message. As this issue affects all versions of 1.28 and earlier, this will mean downloading the latest version of 1.30 or later from Assist.

Other Workarounds

This issue has been resolved in version 1.30 so in future if you attempt to connect to a database that has been upgraded to the next major version whilst you are still on the previous you will be presented with the correct warning message asking you to upgrade.
