When installing HBSI and it fails halfway through the install, it may be because your running WIN10 in an alternative language to English, for example Dutch or Danish.
If this occurs you can either switch the regional settings to English or create a new user group that will allow the install.
NOTE: This is likely a task for IT so discuss it with them before making changes yourself.
To find out if the problem you have is the one described above open 'Computer' and type %temp%
Once the location opens sort it by date, open the top file in the list (most recent) and search the file for the word 'error'. You should find the error message below;
'Error 1609. An error occurred while applying security settings. Users is not a valid user or group. This could be a problem with the package, or a problem connecting to a domain controller on the network. Check your network connection and click Retry, or Cancel to end the install. Unable to locate the user's SID, system error 1332'
If you find this error please follow the steps below (IT task)
Open 'Computer Management'
Go to 'Local users and groups -> Groups'
Add a new group called 'users'
select 'add' members
select 'advanced'
Select 'Find now'
Select the users group in other language and select 'ok'
The install should then work as intended.
