When Export CSV you get "run time error 13 type mismatch"

Issue Summary

When using the Data Entry Feedback Tool you try to export .CSV but get an error saying "excel run time error 13 type mismatch". This is generally due to a date format being used which can prove to be ambiguous when processed by a computer.

Resolution

Users of the British Standard Configuration Pack can generally edit the format of the date cells so they are then in a dd/mm/yyyy or derived format. Users of other formats, such as ASTM in the US, will need to create a custom date/time format as illustrated below:

yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss

With this format in place the data can be exported without error in the required data format ready for import into HoleBASE SI.
